To better understand and serve the needs of clients aged 55 years
and up, several of our agents have obtained a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation.
The SRES designation was originally developed by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council (SAREC) in 1998 and became an official member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in March 2007. It is awarded to those Realtors who have successfully completed the educational program and other prerequisites.
The SRES designation allows our agents to offer customized real estate plans to mature clients as they transition through major financial and lifestyle changes involving relocation, refinancing, or the sale of a home. We provide senior clients with an array of options and reliable referrals for each particular situation, while offering assistance, expertise and support.
